Faktor-Faktor Determinan dalam Pendidikan

Abstract

The success of an educational system is not determined by a single factor but is the result of a synergy between various interrelated systemic components. This study aims to deeply analyze five primary determinant factors in education: educators, learners, educational goals, educational tools, and the educational environment. Using a library research methodology through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, data were gathered from various authoritative academic documents and fundamental works in the philosophy of education. The findings indicate that educators remain the moral and intellectual center of gravity in the value transformation process. Meanwhile, learners are positioned as active subjects in student-centered learning. This research also emphasizes that educational goals oriented toward the formation of "insan kamil" serve as the primary compass for the development of educational tools and environments. These results conclude that the harmonious interdependence between these five components, including collaboration within the "Tripusat Pendidikan" concept (family, school, and society), is crucial for ensuring the quality of educational outcomes in the digital era.
